Terms and Conditions of Sale – RARINTAGE

Welcome to the website www.rarintage.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of vintage clothing products offered by RARINTAGE, located at Via T. Tasso 3, Sant’Omero (TE) 64027, Italy, VAT number 02175130679 and email inforarintage@gmail.com.
By using the website or placing an order, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Products, Availability, and Prices
1.1 Products are provided with descriptions, images, and prices valid at the time of publication.
1.2 Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
1.3 In case of inaccuracies in prices or availability, RARINTAGE reserves the right to cancel the order by notifying you via email, with a refund of any amount already paid.

Ordering Procedure
2.1 To purchase a product, you must select it, add it to the cart, and complete the checkout process, providing personal, optional, and payment information.
2.2 The order is finalized when you receive the order confirmation email from us.

Payment Methods
3.1 We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and other methods supported by Shopify.
3.2 Payments are processed through secure and compliant systems: RARINTAGE does not store your card details.

Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipments are made using contracted couriers (e.g., Poste Italiane, SDA, UPS) within the times indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4.2 The indicated delivery times are estimates. Any delays not attributable to RARINTAGE (e.g., strikes, weather) do not constitute a breach of contract.
4.3 Upon delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the packaging and report any anomalies to the courier within 8 days.

Right of Withdrawal
5.1 If you are a consumer (resident in the EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a communication by email to inforarintage@gmail.com indicating the order number and product.
5.3 Returns are at your expense, unless otherwise stated on the website. The product must be returned intact, unused, and with original packaging.
5.4 Upon receipt of the compliant return, we will refund the full amount (including outbound shipping costs) within 14 days.

Warranties and Liability
6.1 Products sold are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity for 2 years, pursuant to Articles 128–135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
6.2 Warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use or failure to follow product instructions.
6.3 RARINTAGE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data resulting from the use of products, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Limitations of Liability
7.1 RARINTAGE is not liable for website outages, shipping delays, etc., beyond its control.
7.2 In any case, total liability towards you will not exceed the amount paid for the order.

Personal Data
8.1 Personal data processing is conducted according to the Privacy Policy published at www.rarintage.com/privacy.
8.2 By accessing our site or purchasing, you consent to such processing.

Changes to Terms
9.1 RARINTAGE reserves the right to update these Terms.
9.2 Changes become effective from the date of publication.
9.3 Terms relating to already finalized contracts remain those in effect at the order date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law.
11.2 Any disputes will be exclusively subject to the court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile if located in Italy. In any case, the right to bring proceedings in other venues provided for consumer protection laws is not excluded.
